Current Opening: Senior Asset Manager

Overview:
ONIC is hiring a Senior Asset Manager to oversee a diverse real estate portfolio, optimize financial and physical performance, ensure compliance, and collaborate with internal and external partners to advance our mission in Central Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead asset strategy for a multi-property portfolio, including budgets, KPIs, and long-range capital planning.

  • Monitor property performance, financials, and compliance; recommend and implement improvements.

  • Coordinate with property management, lenders, investors, and public/private partners.

  • Guide reserve planning, refinancing, and major rehab cycles to preserve affordability.

  • Prepare reports for leadership, board, and stakeholders; present insights and action plans.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in real estate/affordable housing asset management or related field.

  • Strength in financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance.

  • Collaborative communicator who can align diverse partners around clear goals.

  • Commitment to ONIC’s mission and community impact.
