The Preserve at Emerald Villas
This three story building provides 96 affordable, newly constructed housing units designated for the elderly (55+). This second phase of development at the Emerald Villas community will provide much needed housing for elderly residents with income less than 40% – 60% of Area Median Income (AMI).
The buildings will be single story with 1- and 2-bedroom units and offer high quality features and amenities designed specifically for elderly residents.
Made possible by the ongoing partnership of ONIC and Related Urban Development Group (RUDG), this property marks a milestone in efforts to create healthy neighborhoods with diverse and accessible housing options.
