ONIC’s Request for Proposals: Joint Venture Opportunity for Downtown Orlando Redevelopment

The Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation (ONIC) is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a joint venture development opportunity in downtown Orlando. ONIC is seeking proposals from qualified development partners to co-develop a 0.934-acre parcel currently serving as a surface parking lot adjacent to The Roberts, ONIC’s senior housing community.
The site presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolving urban landscape of downtown Orlando. While ONIC envisions a mixed-income, mixed-use development incorporating structured parking and active ground-floor uses, we welcome alternative concepts and innovative proposals that are aligned with ONIC’s mission and strategic goals.
