Celebrating 40 Years of Community, Partnership, and Impact
For four decades, ONIC has been Central Florida’s trusted partner in building quality, affordable housing and the thriving communities that grow around it. The 2025 Annual Report reflects that legacy in full: 1,726 individuals served through Resident Services, 128 homes preserved and modernized at Victory Cove, 25 years of the Prodigy Cultural Arts Program, and a renewed commitment to expanding opportunity for families across Orlando.
